Gracemount Maisonettes Tenant's Group

Annual General Meeting

Wednesday 3rd October 2001, 7pm - 9pm.

Gracemount Youth and Community Centre ('The Mansion')

Elaine Shirley (Chair) will present the Annual Report.

 Norma Whitson (Treasurer) will present the Annual Accounts.

There will be elections for the posts of Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.

You will also be able to:

 meet your new landlord, who will have been selected a few days previously

 see the Neighbourhood Plan, including maps showing how Gracemount Drive will look in the future

 volunteer to join the Committee.

Councillor Anderson, Chief Inspector Clark and representatives of South Edinburgh Partnership, South Edinburgh Local Office, Gracemount Tenants' Association and South Edinburgh Residents' Council have also been invited

Light refreshments will be served
