Concierge hit the mark!

Our local Concierge Service have once again been hitting the Mark - the Charter Mark!

This top Government award encourages public organisations to strive to be the best, focus on customers and constantly improve their service.

Gordon Kane, Concierge Manager told the Echo:' We are delighted to have won the Charter Mark, but it is not surprising really! He have a great team and all the staff have worked really hard.'

This award compliments the other awards which include Investors in People and the Government's Best Practice Award.

The Concierge Service covers security, cleaning, repairs, enquiries and maintenance.
