Stamping it out!
Like many other city councils, the City of Edinburgh
Council has come out strongly on the issue of racial abuse and
categorically stated that it won't stand for racial abuse or attacks in
any form.
While projects are in place to try and eliminate
racism from our society, a number of people still suffer from these
incidents.
If you feel your are in immediate danger you should
call 999 and ask for the police, fire or ambulance service depending on
the situation. However, if you're not in immediate danger and do not
want to speak to the police, you can contact the following organisations
which can act on your behalf. They will not reveal your details without
permission.
